* Quarterly Worldwide Hyperion reporting and P&L consolidation of

Corporate entities

* Co-ordinate accounting and reporting for US Corporate

Entities

* Manage the production of monthly Corporate results

* Reporting and analysis of Corporate Office *

* Oversee Sarbanes Oxley documentation and testing

* Liaise with Network Financial Managers

* Contribute to Corporate Accounting Initiatives

* Various adhoc projects

* 2-3 years experience...either STRAIGHT private or public/private...

corporate accounting experience is KEY
